Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about choosing and maintaining your Victory Range Hood.
How do I choose the right CFM for my kitchen?
As a general rule, you should aim for 100 CFM for every 10,000 BTUs of your gas stove's total output. For electric stoves, we recommend at least 100 CFM per 10 linear inches of stove width to ensure optimal air purification.
What is the standard shipping time for a new range hood?
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your unit leaves our warehouse.
Are Victory Range Hoods compatible with ductless installations?
Yes, many of our models are 'convertible,' meaning they can be used with charcoal filters for ductless (recirculating) setups if external venting is not possible in your home.
What kind of warranty do you offer on your products?
We provide a comprehensive 2-year parts warranty on all our range hoods. This covers the motor, control panels, and LED lighting systems against manufacturing defects.
How often should I clean the stainless steel baffle filters?
For optimal performance, we recommend cleaning your baffle filters every 2 to 4 weeks depending on your cooking frequency. Our high-quality stainless steel filters are dishwasher-safe for your convenience.
What should I do if my range hood arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any shipping damage, contact our support team within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement unit or parts at no additional cost to you.
